About Us:
DLS Electrical is an electrical contracting business delivering residential installations. We focus on good quality finishes and offer services such as smart lighting, home automation, bespoke lighting design, multi-room audio, and CCTV. Our customers expect the best, and we take pride in exceeding their expectations. We are not above getting our hands dirty, and frequently have to in order to deliver whole house rewires and refurbishments.
The Role:
We are looking for a fully qualified electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for high-quality electrical installations. You will be working on a variety of mostly residential projects, ensuring top-tier results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out residential and light commercial electrical installations
• Installing and maintaining smart lighting, home automation, and bespoke lighting systems
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting electrical issues
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach on-site
• Ensuring all work meets the highest safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualifications: 18th Edition, C&G Level3, Test and Inspection
• Experience: Preferably experienced in residential electrical installations, smart home systems, and bespoke lighting, but on site training will be provided for the right candidate
• Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, willingness to learn, and excellent customer communication
• Flexibility: Monday-Friday local work, with occasional travel or out-of-hours work when required
• Location: Ideally based within Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas
